Lambert Kennel is founded by Earl Marie Dingel who currently lives in Sacramento California. Earl Marie was one of the earliest Americans to compete both in performance and conformation competition, often simultaneously. Many of the people currently in the breed in America are unfamiliar with those that paved the way before them, this is one person they should make it their business to get to know. Her knowledge is deep regarding this breed. The Lambert Kennel in Northern California is still breeding Lowchen. Earlmarie was one of the earliest competitors in performance events here in the USA. She was quite successful. She stepped back for a period of time from doing a lot of breed and competition, but recently has been gearing up to come back out with her dogs. She has always had a keen eye for a good dog. I hope we see much more of her in the future! The dogs featured here are her original foundation dogs. They are often found in pedigrees across the country if one looks back far enough. As I get a chance and with Earlmarie’s cooperation, I hope to add to her page. She was also quite active in the LCA in various capacities.
