Manfred Kennel was owned by Astrid Whitman. She and Sandi Lunka collaborated closely in their early years in the breed. Astrid was also involved with Havanese and ultimately did not work as much in Lowchen. The dogs she had were very good quality. She had an unerring eye for a dog.
